Northshore

An eclectic, relaxed, and fun community with a vibrant culture

Welcome to Northshore

Northshore, one of Chattanooga's most coveted neighborhoods, is renowned for its renovated homes, top-tier schools, and family-friendly atmosphere. There is a wide variety of charming houses in Northshore, from newly built mansions to lovingly restored 1940s bungalows.

Northshore Heights, a master-planned community with custom homes, is an excellent option for families. At the same time, condos like One North Shore, Bridgeview, and Bridge Tender are in high demand among young and middle-aged professionals.

For most of its existence, Northshore was viewed as the "other side of the tracks," where day laborers went to rest their weary heads after working in the downtown factories. However, beginning in the late 1990s, the hilly neighborhood underwent a transformation that included a new name: the Northshore. It's since become one of Chattanooga's most prosperous and sought-after neighborhoods.
