Located north of the Georgia state line, these two communities offer residents a relaxed lifestyle and close proximity to amenities.  Downtown is accessible via I-75 as well as access to thoroughfares to Nashville, Atlanta and Birmingham.
 
 
What to Love
 
Boasting family friendly subdivisions and country estates, both Collegedale and Apison have housing options for any budget. Neighborhoods include Wellesley, Barnsley Park, Mulberry Park, all located in Collegedale.  In Apison, you will find Crystal Brook, Maple Grove, Hope Ranch Estates and Magnolia Farms.
 
A variety of employers are located in this area including Volkswagen, Amazon, Gestamp, McKee Foods and Plastic Omnium.
 
Local Lifestyle
 
The area has seen some amazing growth in the last few years.  Still small communities, since 2000 there is been a huge increase in the population making this one of the fastest growing areas in Hamilton County.
 
The area boasts nationally recognized senior care facilities including Life Care Center of Collegedale, Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove, and The Lantern at Morning Point of Collegedale.
 
 
Dining, Entertainment & Shopping 
 
The Collegedale Commons is home to the Collegedale Market, which offers fresh produce, local art and artisan food.  Collegedale and Apison have a wide variety of restaurants with international flavors including Peruvian, Chinese, Indian and Latin cuisine.
 
Wolftever Creek Greenway provides hours of recreation. Along the Greenway you will find a Nature Nook, dog park and Imagination Station which is an award winning playground.
 
Hamilton Place Mall is located in the neighboring community of East Brainerd and offers many shopping options, dining options and entertainment.
 
Things To Do
 
The Ooltewah Club and Honors Golf Course are located nearby and are popular among avid golfers.  Collegedale is home to the Tucker Road Recreation area which offers a playground, soccer field and pavilion.
