The area has seen some amazing growth in the last few years. Still small communities, since 2000 there is been a huge increase in the population making this one of the fastest growing areas in Hamilton County.

Wolftever Creek Greenway provides hours of recreation. Along the Greenway you will find a Nature Nook, dog park and Imagination Station which is an award winning playground.
Hamilton Place Mall is located in the neighboring community of East Brainerd and offers many shopping options, dining options and entertainment.
